Purchased digital products (PDF documents) are inherently non-returnable. However, EXPOTURKO prioritizes customer satisfaction and agrees to make refunds under the following conditions:

- Customers must report any faults or omissions in the product within 7 business days from the date of delivery via "info@expoturko.net"
- Once accepted for review, the incomplete or erroneous data will be corrected and provided again.
- If the corrected data is still incomplete or erroneous, the customer may request a full refund.
4. Refund Request
- Refund requests must be made in writing via "info@expoturko.net" within 14 days of purchase.
- The refund request will be reviewed by the relevant department and feedback will be provided within 7 business days.
- If the refund is approved, the refund process will be carried out using the original payment method within 7 days.

- Refund requests made 14 days after the product delivery, or under false or unfounded reasons determined by us, will be denied.
