1. Scope of This Policy

ExpoTurko.net does not primarily sell physical consumer goods. Our services are mainly related to:

·       Turkish manufacturer and supplier research

·       Open-source company data collection and analysis

·       Supplier identification and shortlisting

·       RFQ and quotation coordination

·       Factory verification and capacity checks

·       Sample coordination

·       Quality control and pre-shipment support

·       Procurement process follow-up

·       Logistics and customs coordination support

·       Market, sector and sourcing feasibility reports

·       Consultancy and local representation services in Türkiye

Therefore, “delivery” generally refers to the digital or service-based delivery of reports, supplier lists, analysis files, consultancy outputs, coordination updates or other agreed service results.

2. Service Delivery

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, services are delivered digitally via e-mail, online meeting, shared drive, CRM system, customer portal, downloadable file, PDF, spreadsheet, presentation, written report or another mutually agreed communication channel.

The estimated delivery time depends on the scope of the requested service, the product category, number of suppliers, research depth, verification requirements, urgency, supplier response times and whether field visits, sample coordination, factory checks or logistics follow-up are required.

Any delivery timeline communicated by ExpoTurko is an estimated service timeline unless it is expressly confirmed as a fixed deadline in a written agreement.

3. Digital Reports and Open-Source Data Delivery

Where the service includes Turkish manufacturer data, supplier information or market research, ExpoTurko may use publicly available and legally accessible sources, including but not limited to official company registries, trade directories, public websites, chamber records, supplier websites, publicly available contact information, trade fair listings, industry databases and other open-source business information.

ExpoTurko makes reasonable efforts to verify and update the information collected. However, because open-source data may change over time, ExpoTurko does not guarantee that every public company record, contact detail, capacity statement, certificate, price indication or supplier claim will remain accurate after delivery.

4. Physical Product Delivery

ExpoTurko is not the direct manufacturer or seller of the products sourced from Turkish suppliers unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.

If a client places an order with a Turkish manufacturer, the delivery of physical goods is subject to the agreement between the buyer and the supplier, including Incoterms, payment terms, shipment method, production schedule, customs procedures, transport conditions and product-specific requirements.

ExpoTurko may assist with logistics coordination, customs follow-up, freight communication and shipment tracking through trusted local partners; however, ExpoTurko is not automatically responsible for delays, damages, customs holds, transport disruptions, supplier default or force majeure events unless such liability is expressly accepted in writing.

5. Returns and Refunds for Services

Because our services are customised, research-based, consultancy-based and often begin immediately after order confirmation, completed services, delivered reports, supplier lists, sourcing studies, verification work, consultancy sessions and coordination activities are generally non-returnable.

A refund may be considered only in the following situations:

·       The service has not yet started.

·       No research, communication, supplier contact, analysis, report preparation or coordination work has been performed.

·       The client cancels the order before ExpoTurko begins the agreed service.

·       ExpoTurko is unable to provide the agreed service due to reasons fully attributable to ExpoTurko.

·       A refund is required under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to the transaction.

If part of the service has already been performed, ExpoTurko may deduct the reasonable value of the completed work, time spent, third-party expenses, software/data costs, communication costs, travel costs or other non-refundable operational expenses before determining any partial refund.

6. Cancellation Before Service Begins

Clients may request cancellation by contacting ExpoTurko in writing before the service begins.

Once the service has started, cancellation requests will be reviewed according to the stage of the work completed, resources used and any third-party costs already incurred.

7. No Return of Digital Data After Access

Once a digital report, supplier list, manufacturer database, sourcing analysis, PDF, spreadsheet, presentation or other digital output has been delivered, accessed, downloaded or shared with the client, it cannot be returned in the same way as a physical product.

For this reason, refunds for delivered digital data or customised research outputs are generally not available, except where required by mandatory law or where ExpoTurko has materially failed to deliver the agreed scope.

8. Third-Party Costs

Certain services may require third-party expenses such as data access fees, paid databases, translation, travel, factory visit costs, inspection fees, sample shipping, courier expenses, customs-related costs, logistics charges or professional service fees.

Unless otherwise agreed, such third-party costs are non-refundable once incurred.

9. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate product requirements, technical specifications, target quantities, destination country, quality expectations, compliance needs, budget range, preferred Incoterms and any other information necessary for the service.

ExpoTurko is not responsible for delays or incorrect results caused by incomplete, inaccurate or late information provided by the client.

10. Supplier-Related Limitations

ExpoTurko supports the client in identifying, verifying and communicating with Turkish suppliers. However, final purchasing decisions remain the responsibility of the client.

ExpoTurko does not guarantee that a supplier will accept an order, maintain a quotation, offer fixed pricing, meet a production deadline, pass all compliance checks or continue commercial cooperation unless this is separately guaranteed in writing by the supplier or covered by a separate binding agreement.

11. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To request cancellation or refund review, the client should contact ExpoTurko in writing and include:

·       Full name or company name

·       Contact information

·       Order or service reference

·       Date of purchase or agreement

·       Description of the service purchased

·       Reason for the request

·       Any supporting documents

ExpoTurko will review the request and respond within a reasonable period.

12. Mandatory Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory legal rights that may apply to consumers under applicable law, including applicable European consumer protection rules where legally relevant.

For business-to-business transactions, the terms agreed between ExpoTurko and the client shall apply together with this policy, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
